  • Mentor and guide students on our school curriculum
  • Support parents and students through in-house counselling sessions
  • Convert potential leads into admissions through consultative sales
  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in sales, academic counselling or business development preferred
  • Freshers with 0–3 months of experience welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and mentorship
  • Target-driven and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career

This opportunity includes:

  • 6-month traineeship with structured training & mentorship
  • Hands-on exposure to academic counselling & sales in EdTech
  • Career progression as a full-time Academic Counsellor post successful completion

About the Role

This role involves working closely with students, parents and colleagues to provide academic guidance and support. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, marketing and customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Converting potential leads into admissions through consultative sales
  • Building long-term relationships with students and parents
