Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic teaching professional to join our team as a Faculty Member for the Bachelor of Arts (BA) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, preparing academic lesson plans, and evaluating student performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach BA program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare academic lesson plans, study material, and assignments.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and viva.
  • Guide students in academic projects, research work, and seminars.
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career development.
  • Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:

A Master's Degree in a relevant subject with minimum 55% marks is mandatory. NET/Ph.D. in the respective subject is preferred.

Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in higher education is required. Strong subject knowledge, ability to engage students effectively, and proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning are essential skills.
