Looking for an Admin and Procurement Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. - Day to Day Admin Activities and follow ups (Office Maintenance ) - Tracking Admin Expenses and Giving a MIS Report to Management on time - Purchase and Procurement of Office requirements within our budget - Annual Maintenance /Contract Maintaining, Assets Management - Employee Travel Requirements (domestic /international), Cab arrangements, as per Company policy - Guest house Management - Events and Meeting Arrangements (sourcing Place & facilities, organizing the Event and Provide the budget as per Requirement - Vendor Sourcing and Coordination **Qualification**: - Any Degree - Basic Computer knowledge **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Are you an Immediate Joiner "_____" **Experience**: - Office admin: 1 year (preferred) - Purchase & Procurement: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
