As a Receptionist/Telecaller at MAAC, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective students and visitors. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and supporting the administrative team. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our institution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and prospective students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
**Telecalling**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about courses and programs.
- Address queries and provide accurate information regarding admissions, course details, and other inquiries.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in scheduling appointments for counseling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain records of inquiries and interactions in the database.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma; a degree in communications or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a receptionist or telecaller role is preferred but not mandatory.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹8,393.17 - ₹16,760.35 per month
