**Why are we hiring an IT **Administrator**? **We’re on the hunt for an IT Administator as part of our company’s growth.

The mission of your role will be to monitor and maintain the company computer systems, and networks, and provide support to end users. This may include the implementation of new systems, reconfiguring systems, and decommissioning of existing infrastructure.

You will also mentor the Level 1 staff

We have over fifteen products in our portfolio, used by over 700 pharmaceutical clients (including all the top 20)

**What are you responsible for?**
- Identify, research, resolve computer and networks issues.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Log customer/employee queries.
- Create and maintain user accounts and profiles.
- Support Help Desk activities.
- Adhere to SLA.
- Travel to client sites where required
- Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree, IT certifications, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting computer systems, configuring network routers, and related infrastructure, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience configuring and maintaining VMware virtual servers, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
