**Role Overview**:
The Legal Executive is responsible for managing and handling claims related to professional indemnity and hospital indemnity insurance. This role involves reviewing claims, providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working with internal teams and external legal counsel to resolve claims efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**a)** **Claims Management**: Handle professional indemnity and hospital indemnity claims, including claim review, investigation, and resolution.
**b) Legal Analysis**: Assess the legal implications of claims, policy coverage, and potential liabilities.
**c)** **Compliance**: Ensure claims are handled in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
**d)** **Liaison**: Coordinate with external legal counsel, insurers, and medical professionals for claims defense and resolution.
**e)** **Documentation**: Prepare legal reports, maintain claim files, and document case.

**What we’re looking for**:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Legal & Compliance.
3. Experience in Healthcare is preferable.
4. Strong knowledge of insurance law, liability, and healthcare regulations.
5. Should have knowledge of Consumer Cases.
6. Should be aware of Drafting of Legal Notice, Written Statements.
7. Contract Drafting and Vetting.
8. Excellent Communication Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
