**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Legal Support**:

- Assist the Senior Legal Counsel in reviewing, drafting, and finalizing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Prepare legal summaries and briefs as required.

**Coordination with Customers**:

- Serve as a point of contact for customers on legal matters, addressing queries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Support in negotiating and finalizing agreements in collaboration with the Senior Legal Counsel.

**Collaboration with Legal Partners**:

- Liaise with external legal partners to ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
- Coordinate with legal advisors to resolve issues and facilitate compliance with regulations.
- Monitor ongoing legal cases or matters, providing updates to senior management.

**Documentation Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of contracts, agreements, and other critical legal paperwork.
- Prepare reports and documentation required for internal and external audits.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Assist in ensuring the organization’s operations comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel in identifying potential legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB). Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in real estate or corporate law.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with customers and legal partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
