Industry: Medical Devices/ Surgical/Pharmaceutical

Qualification: Any graduate - Master’s Degree is preferable

Experience: 0-3 years (Healthcare - Surgical exp. Is preferred)

**Key responsibilities/ accountabilities**:
1) Coordinate closely with suppliers and transport companies for timely dispatch.

2) Download orders from GeM Portal, Govt tender portal and send it to all concerned.

3) Prepare invoices and upload it on concerned portals along with other necessary documents.

4) Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods.

5) Follow up for dispatch allocation with team

6) Relationship management with senior officials/service providers and escalation of issues/concern

7) Preparation of Proforma invoice, Commercial invoice and packing list for Local orders

8) GST, E-way bill knowledge

9) Involved in negotiation and finalization of local transporters and responsible for dispatching the finished product through approved transporters
Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers

10) Take care of courier & MIS reports.

11) Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively

12) Coordination in the GST department.

13) Banking Knowledge (GBP, USD).

14) Responsible for Procurement (domestic)

15) Inventory tracking, MIS reports.

16) Preparation of PO

17) Employee attendance, salary preparation and distribution

18) Accounts / office related work

19) Working knowledge of word, excel

20) Any other work given by higher authorities.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Min 2 years of Work experience in dispatch of products of surgical Consumables/medical device/pharmaceuticals etc
- Fluency/ good command on English
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
