Organization is leading manufacturing of Folding Carton, Printing & Packaging Industry located at Chacharwadi Vasna, Near Moraiya, Ahmedabad.

**Required Education**:
Diploma or any Graduate with min 5 to 7 Years Experience in Dispatch Executive Profile.
- To prepare a list of ready for dispatch goods as also goods under finishing operations.
- To also plan dispatches considering emergency and optimizing freight charges.
- To make invoice, eway bill, export invoice.
- To co-ordinate and finalize the vehicle ensuring optimum load.
- To check the packing of the material and carefully load the exact quantity of the
- material after ensuring that there is no damage.
- Acknowledged invoice copies to be collected from the transporter.
- LR copies to be collected from the transporter in case of outstation dispatches.
- Shipping bills to be collected in case of exports.
- To co-ordinate material movement with job workers.
- Coordinate with Transporter for Update about Material Dispatch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
