**Job Summary**

The Dispatch Executive will oversee and coordinate the shipment and delivery of goods and materials related to the elevator/lift industry. The role involves ensuring timely dispatch of products, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet delivery schedules efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the dispatch of elevator components, spare parts, and materials to various project sites or clients.
- Monitor the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, delivery schedules, and pending shipments.
- Prepare and review dispatch documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels are available for dispatch.
- Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the elevator or construction-related industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Familiarity with the elevator/lift industry’s components and processes.
- Knowledge of regional transportation regulations and practices.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
