**Quality Partner - Tietoevry Care (M/F/d)**

**About the role**

**In a nutshell, the key responsibilities are**:

- Help business in achieving compliance to applicable standards and regulatory requirements, uplifting the process capability
- Provide support in ensuring alignment with corporate process framework and unit level process management
- Support the business unit in different audit-related activities like planning, conducting, and tracking Internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001)
- Support external audit preparations
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Providing support in process development, process maintenance and process implementation.
- Support in Organizational level initiatives towards process improvements
- Identify best practices and promote harmonized ways of working
- Provide training, tools and techniques to enable everyone in achieving quality standards

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our unit in meeting quality and compliance requirements globally.

Working as a quality and compliance specialist is both challenging and rewarding. You will leverage your expertise in quality management systems and agile software development practices to enhance our operational capabilities and value to the business

**We are looking for someone with**
- ** Experience**: 6 to 10 years
- Excellent competence in own area of expertise (Quality Partnership).
- Experience of ISO certifications and Quality management systems like ISO 9001, CMMi etc.
- ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 knowledge is beneficial or can be trained during the induction
- Good experience in planning and conducting internal audits
- Experience in planning and facilitating external audits
- Experience in Agile ways of working, software development practices
- Has specialized competence and experience in areas of quality assurance.
- Analyses and improves current ways of working and can suggest alternative solutions.
