**Position: Enterprise Sales Manager ( Individual Contributor Role)**

Founded by IIT Delhi Alumni, Convin is a conversation intelligence platform that helps organizations improve sales/collections and elevate the customer experience while automating the quality & coaching for reps and backing it up with super-deep business insights for leaders.
At we leverage AI/ML to achieve these larger business goals while focusing on bringing efficiency and reducing costs.
**Who are our clients**:
We are already helping the leaders across Health-tech, Ed-tech, Fintech, E-commerce, and consumer services like Treebo, SOTC, Thomas Cook, Aakash, MediBuddy, and PlanetSpark. But as the list is growing tremendously, we are looking for folks excited about taking this to the market with us.

**You are a perfect match if you have these qualifications**:
- 3 to 10 years of total experience, preferably with a SaaS company
- Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, advancing, and closing opportunities and acquiring enterprise customers
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
**Your Responsibilities will include the following**:
- Full cycle sales: Prospecting, Qualifications, Demo, nurturing opportunities, expanding relationships, and closing deals
- Build pipeline, manage opportunities, and establish customer relationships
- Understand and position our solutions based on client needs
- Attend regional and national conferences, build awareness for our platform, and deliver presentations/meetings as required
- Develop and execute territory strategies that will have an immediate impact
- Opportunity management - organizing and tracking the deals in your sales pipeline
- Engage relevant prospect stakeholders for webinars, demonstrations
Pay: ₹1,085,837.81 - ₹2,107,611.09 per year
