- **Staff Management**: Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
- **Guest Services**: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, address guest complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, guest charges, and billing information.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are clean and functional.
- **Financial Management**: Manage cash and credit card transactions, balance daily reports, and monitor inventory levels.
- **Emergency Procedures**: Train staff in safety procedures and ensure they can execute emergency protocols.

Pay: ₹101,263.97 - ₹567,458.56 per year
