**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote software products/services.

2. Identify and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities.

3. Achieve monthly sales targets.

4. Understand client requirements and provide tailored software solutions.

**Follow-up and Coordination**:
1. Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.

2. Coordinate with internal teams (sales,development and other dept.) to ensure seamless client experience.

**Communication and Relationship Building**:
1. Build rapport with clients, understanding their software needs and preferences.

2. Communicate software features, benefits, and pricing.

3. Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.

**Software Knowledge**:
1. Familiarize yourself with our software products/services.

2. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
1. Research and identify new business opportunities.

2. Provide feedback on sales strategies and suggest improvements.

3. Participate in team meetings, training sessions..

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

2. 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (software industry preferred).

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets.

4. Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

5. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

7. Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
1. Sales revenue generated.

2. Number of qualified leads generated.

3. Conversion rate of leads to sales.

4. Client satisfaction ratings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
