**Founding Team**

The founding team Chetan Anand, Anurag Prasad, Vaibhav Singh, and Shashvat Tripathi established Visit Health to bridge the healthcare gap in India. - **Job Title: Associate Operations - Wellness Programs**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the **Condition Management Program**, maintaining adherence to defined SLAs and process standards.
- Coordinate effectively between health coaches, relationship managers, medical experts, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Handle user queries and escalations with empathy and efficiency, aiming for quick resolution and high user satisfaction.
- Monitor and track user journey and engagement to ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and overall program adherence.
- Identify and flag operational or technical issues impacting user experience, and work cross-functionally to drive resolutions.
- Maintain regular reports and dashboards on program performance, escalations, and feedback trends.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, wellness programs, or condition management-related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a user-first mindset.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools, ticketing systems, or operations dashboards is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
