We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to handle logistics record-keeping and customer entries. If you have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, this role is for you
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining Records of Inward & Outward Parcels
- Record every parcel's entry and exit in the system/software.
- Ensure accurate tracking of shipments for internal records.
- Maintain an updated logbook with parcel details like sender, receiver, weight, and status.
- Verify parcel details and ensure proper documentation.
2. File & Record Management
- Maintain physical and digital files for parcel records.
- Organize invoices, receipts, and delivery notes systematically.
- Ensure compliance with company record-keeping policies.
- Retrieve and provide records when needed for audits or inquiries.
3. Customer Inward Entry & Documentation
- Record customer details and parcel information in the system.
- Verify customer information and ensure accurate entry.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to parcel tracking and records.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth handling of customer requests.
**Required Skills**:
Basic computer knowledge & data entry
Attention to detail & accuracy in record-keeping
Good organizational & file management skills
Ability to handle parcel tracking and logistics software
Communication skills for customer interaction
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
