Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Vendor Management**: Communicate with vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on purchase orders. Maintain healthy relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of gold, silver, and other required materials. Coordinate with the sales team to understand inventory needs.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
- **Coordination and Follow-ups**: Liaise with the accounts team for payment processing and vendor settlements. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- **Compliance and Quality Checks**: Verify the quality and authenticity of received goods. Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on purchase activities, stock levels, and vendor performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a back-office or purchase department role, preferably in a jewelry store.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting softwares.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
