We're looking for a **Client Handling Intern (Female)** to be the face of our brand in client interactions and help us deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events and pre-event coordination.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and event briefings with clients.
- Build strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
- Handle client queries with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Support onsite coordination during weekend events.
- Prepare basic reports, client updates, and feedback summaries.
- Ensure a seamless and positive client experience from planning to post-event.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Must be **available on weekends** for client coordination and event support.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,513.03 per month
