**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**: Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator

**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Location**: Ahmedabad (On Site)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination for directors.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintaining confidential records.
- Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and office logistics.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide personal assistance to directors when required.
- Support general office administration and procurement tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in front office, administration, or executive support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Tally or QuickBooks is a plus.
- A professional and courteous demeanour with a high level of discretion.

Pay: ₹10,143.87 - ₹25,000.00 per month
