**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist various staff members with administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update records in Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Handle internal communication and support day-to-day office activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments when needed.
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and follow-ups as directed.
- Ensure smooth office functioning through timely support and updates.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in managing executive calendars or supporting leadership teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
