Admin Executive / Receptionist

About the Role:

Sigma Solve, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive / Receptionist to manage daily office operations and support internal teams. The ideal candidate will oversee vendor coordination, maintain office facilities, and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage housekeeping staff and maintain office cleanliness
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, pantry, security, courier, and other services
  • Oversee office facility maintenance, supplies, and equipment upkeep
  • Assist IT/Networking team with tracking and managing hardware assets
  • Arrange travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, transport) for employees and guests
  • Maintain records of travel, bookings, vendor payments, and office inventory
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Support HR and Finance teams with documentation and filing
  • Resolve office-related issues to ensure a professional environment

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Vendor negotiation experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
