**Service Delivery**:

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for assigned clients according to AMC agreements, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system checks.
- Respond promptly to breakdown calls, diagnose faults, and perform necessary repairs on HVAC equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of service reports and documentation, including customer feedback and any required spare parts used.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise a team of technicians, assigning tasks based on skillsets and ensuring efficient workload distribution.
- Monitor technician performance, provide on-the-job training, and address performance issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss service updates, customer feedback, and safety procedures.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain positive relationships with clients by proactively communicating service updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and actively work to improve service quality.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, and building management systems.
- Stay updated on latest industry trends and technologies related to HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify potential system failures.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance activities.
- Ensure technicians comply with safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and spare parts usage for audit purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
