Job Description - Mutual Fund Operations Executive at VALUEARC

As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of business activities and promoting organizational growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Mutual Fund Operations Executive at VALUEARC, you will be responsible for the following:

- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Managing day-to-day investments (mutual fund/PMS/AIF/Bonds) operations of the organization
- Identifying and resolving operational issues
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Handling Mutual Funds operations and transaction processing
- Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing, KYC etc.
- Use of MF transaction software - BSE STAR MF, NSE MF etc.
- Coordination with AMC and Insurance companies for documentation and processing

**Qualifications Required**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of operational procedures and systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
