Along with that you have to achieve your own target with complete ownership of Sales, Operations and allied functions with Financial Planning for Clients. - This position holder will be responsible for managing key relation- ships and ensures business development across all distribution segments and manage Corporate & SMEs atbranch locations of the Cluster. - Will play a strategic role in the future growth and expansion of the organization - Responsible for achieving Sales for solutions, acquiring (it's an individual role) - Solutions: All Health & Wealth Services - Acquisition of new Clients. - Ensure right- selling by all team members through regular training & product. - Knowledge. Ensuring Compliance with regulations. Build relationships with key employees among customers by doing B2B Sales and Promotion of Investment Products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits etc Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms. A customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving aptitude Please note this is a 6 days working role.
