**About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)**

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**:

- Demonstrate complete ownership of the accounting and administrator oversight to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting to LPs
- Interact with multiple internal and external partners over the course of the year requiring strong communication skills and ability to understand third party requests and deliver solutions to meet those partner needs
- Ensure a robust control environment exists both at the fund service providers and internally to ensure risk of error is mitigated
- Oversee external and internal administration and accounting for certain mandates, including investment valuation, data management, and asset and cash reconciliations
- Contribute to periodic regulatory compliance (SEC, AIFMD, AUM, VAT) for products under the individual’s purview
- Recalculate management fees and carried interest in accordance with fund legal documents and report associated revenue to corporate controllers’ team
- Responsible for engaging with audit team around complex accounting topics and successful planning, coordination and completion of audited financials each year
- Communicate performance results to investors and resolve investors’ questions.

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting
- Concept on Alternatives Platform
- Experience in working on accounting platforms like Geneva, Investran, eFront Preparation/review of NAV Packs and Financial Statements Open End vs Closed End funds
- Fund Structure - Master/Feeder, stand alone, SPVs, Blockers
- Investor allocation concepts
- Management Fees, Performance fees - definitions and calculation methodologies
