**Role : Customer Care Representative**

**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana

**Language : Marathi and Telugu**

**Qualification**: 12th / Graduate

**Experience**: 0- 1 years

**Salary**: 15k - 20k CTC

**Shift**: General shift and Rotational Week off

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Understanding the products and services provided by the company.

Preparing company policies and procedures.

Developing training lessons with service delivery systems.

Managing a team of Customer Support Representatives.

Resolving customer complaints and queries.

Providing detailed information to customers.

Monitoring the performance of individual representatives.
