**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify, target, and engage potential customers within the assigned territory. Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and increasing market share. Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, focusing on key distributor relationships.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and retailers, addressing inquiries and promoting product offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in sectors like FMCG, home têxtiles, and apparel. Provide actionable insights to management to guide decision-making and sales strategies.
- **Digital Integration & Reporting**: Leverage digital tools for automating sales processes and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely sales documentation.
- **Journey Planning (PJP)**: Develop and execute a monthly Journey Plan to manage sales activities, customer visits, and distributor interactions efficiently.
- **New Product Launches**: Lead communications around new product launches. Ensure the team and distributors are well-versed in product features, benefits, and selling points to effectively drive sales and awareness.
- **Product Visibility & Promotion**: Enhance product visibility and brand awareness in assigned stores. Collaborate with retailers to achieve sales targets, optimize product placement, and execute effective promotional activities to increase customer engagement.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Ensure timely order processing and delivery, regularly following up with customers and distributors. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure seamless order fulfilment to meet customer demands.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, têxtiles, or related industries (garments, home têxtiles, and consumer packaged goods).
**Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG, apparel, or home têxtiles markets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for building and nurturing relationships with customers and distributors.
- Proficient in market research and analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Comfortable with digital sales tools and automation systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.

- Adaptable and agile, thriving in a constantly evolving work environment.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, comfortable working independently and travelling frequently to engage with clients and distributors.
**Other Requirements**:
- Must own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
