**Job Details**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design campaigns and events for THW at societies, exhibitions, and partner locations.
- Set up and manage stalls, handle product sampling activities, and gather customer feedback.
- Actively engage with potential customers, communicate brand values, and generate leads or sales.
- Assist in building and managing local partner/vendor relationships.
- Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing and social media activities during campaigns.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and other teams to ensure consistency in communication and visuals.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign KPIs across platforms.
- Adapt and optimize strategies based on insights and campaign performance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

**Experience**:

- Two years of relevant experience (internships or freelance projects are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools like Zoho, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
