**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Pune, Viman Nagar
**Experience -**2 Years

- **Immediate Requirement**: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Digital Marketer** to join us immediately and support the digital growth of **THW - The Healthy World**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Create, post, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- **Campaign Execution**: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas, captions, and visuals that resonate with the audience.
- **Analytics**: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to improve outcomes.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies to implement innovative ideas.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma (recently completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Basic knowledge and prior experience in digital marketing, particularly for social media.
- **Skills**:

- Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- **Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics.
- Interest in themes like sustainability, organic food, or wellness.
