**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying and reviewing government and private tenders through portals (e.g., GEM, e-procurement, etc.).
- Preparing and submitting technical & commercial bids within deadlines.
- Coordinating with internal departments for documentation, compliance, and approvals.
- Maintaining and updating tender trackers, MIS reports, and follow-ups.
- Building client relationships and assisting in sales inquiries.
- Supporting negotiation, order finalization, and post-bid clarifications.
- Graduate / Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or sales support.
- Familiar with GEM portal and e-tendering process.
- Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and documentation skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
