**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate government and private tender opportunities relevant to the company’s business.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents, including financial and technical proposals.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, production) to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Track tender status, manage correspondence, and follow up on bid progress.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and procurement data.
- Analyze tender results, identify improvement areas, and suggest bidding strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, procurement departments, and key stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in tender management, preferably in manufacturing, garment, or safety apparel industries.
- Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals, government procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender submission platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
