As a Parent Counselor, you will serve as the compassionate bridge between families and the school community—guiding parents through the admissions journey with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide personalized counseling to prospective parents about school programs, curriculum, and admission procedures.
- Assist parents in understanding age criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Build trust-based relationships with parents by listening actively and responding with empathy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to craft emotionally resonant messaging and outreach materials.
- Represent the school at admission fairs, community events, and parent engagement programs.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new students.
- Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or parent engagement (school or educational setting preferred) -Freshers may also apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in local languages and cultural sensitivity is a plus.
