₹18,000 - ₹35,000 (based on experience and performance)

Sterling Study Abroad is a leading overseas education consultancy, committed to guiding students in achieving their global education and career aspirations. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate and dedicated **Student Counselors** to join our Chennai branch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and visa processes.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, presentations, and workshops for students and parents.
- Maintain strong relationships with students to ensure effective follow-ups and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest information on universities, courses, and country-specific requirements.
- Meet counseling and admission targets as per company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.
- Prior experience in counseling/overseas education industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide students with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
