**Study Abroad Counselor - 3+ Years Experience (Chennai)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide and counsel students and parents regarding study abroad options, admission processes, and documentation.
- Provide personalized counseling for undergraduate and postgraduate programs across countries like **Germany, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the US**.
- Stay up to date with the latest international education policies, university partnerships, and admission requirements.
- Work closely with the admissions and documentation team to ensure a seamless student journey.
- Achieve monthly targets related to enrollments and conversions.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in study abroad counseling or education consultancy.**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a student-first approach.
- Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and online counseling platforms is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
