**Job Title**: Student Counselor
**Location**: Chennai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year of experience in a study abroad firm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist students in selecting the right program and country based on their academic background and career goals.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM system with accurate information.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Meet monthly enrollment targets while ensuring high standards of student satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a **study abroad consultancy/firm**.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate students toward achieving their academic and career goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
