**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance and counseling to students and parents regarding course selection, career pathways, and academic goals.
- Assess students' interests, strengths, and areas for improvement to offer personalized advice.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and workshops to address academic and personal development needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, courses, and scholarship opportunities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students to thrive academically and personally.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and academic staff to monitor students' progress and implement interventions when necessary.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Tamil.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Student Counselor in an educational institution.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and supportive approach to working with students and parents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Knowledge of educational resources, career pathways, and academic planning.
- Familiarity with counseling techniques and tools.
