As a Parent Counselor, you will serve as the compassionate bridge between families and the school community—guiding parents through the admissions journey with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Provide personalized counseling to prospective parents about school programs, curriculum, and admission procedures.
  • Assist parents in understanding age criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines.
  • Build trust-based relationships with parents by listening actively and responding with empathy.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to craft emotionally resonant messaging and outreach materials.
  • Represent the school at admission fairs, community events, and parent engagement programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, application status, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new students.
  • Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or parent engagement (school or educational setting preferred) -Freshers may also apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in local languages and cultural sensitivity is a plus.
