**Role: Academic Counselor**
As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents, guiding them in choosing the right academic and career pathways.

**Key Responsibilities**
Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, admission criteria, and career opportunities.

Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to build trust and convert inquiries into admissions.

Manage leads from various channels - walk-ins, calls, online, and referrals.

Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.

Maintain student records and follow-up for conversions.

Collaborate with faculty and management for smooth onboarding of students.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or student advisory roles.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).

Strong convincing ability and customer relationship management.

**Experience in the field of Design / Creative Education will be an added advantage.**

Goal-oriented and enthusiastic about working in an academic environment.
