**Role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and creative **Trainee Video Editor** with a strong interest in short-form content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Story Ads. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s completed their training and wants hands-on experience editing real-world, performance-driven content.

**Eligibility**:

- **Minimum 3 months of experience** editing short-form videos (internship, freelance, or academic projects)
- Completion of a **certified course** in video editing, digital media, or content creation is **mandatory**:

- Proficient in tools like **CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects**, or similar
- Familiarity with trends, hooks, pacing, and text-heavy vertical content

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit short, impactful videos tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads
- Add trendy effects, sound design, text overlays, and transitions
- Format videos in vertical and mobile-first formats (9:16, 1:1)
- Repurpose long-form or raw content into short, high-retention clips
- Collaborate with content writers and senior editors for revisions and final output

**Bonus Skills**:

- Understanding of current content trends and viral video structure
- Experience in basic motion graphics or animated text
- Exposure to ad-style storytelling and social video optimization
