**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound** calls for customer follow-ups, feedback collection, and service promotions.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to bookings, payments, and platform usage.
- Provide accurate information about our services and policies.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer complaints.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and friendly experience.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for outbound calls and follow-ups.

**Key Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in -**English, Hindi, Kannada**.
- Ability to handle outbound calls confidently and engage customers effectively..
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
