Calangute, India bloom Hotel Group Full time

A commis 1, or commis chef, is a kitchen worker who prepares food and assists other chefs. Their responsibilities include:

- Food preparation: Preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating food
- Kitchen maintenance: Cleaning, organizing, and stocking the kitchen
- Quality control: Ensuring food quality and consistency, and following food safety regulations
- Communication: Working with other chefs, wait staff, and supervisors
- Customer service: Providing efficient and appropriate customer service
- Training: Educating and guiding junior chefs
- Compliance: Following company policies and procedures, and local laws regarding food handling and alcohol service
- Flexibility: Working in different dining outlets and being able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
