**Job Summary**:
The Welfare Officer is responsible for promoting the well-being of individuals within the organization. This role involves providing support and guidance to employees, students, or community members, ensuring their welfare needs are met and advocating for their rights and interests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Services**: Provide emotional and practical support to individuals facing personal, social, or financial challenges.
- **Assessment and Planning**: Conduct assessments to identify the needs of individuals and develop tailored welfare plans.
- **Advocacy**: Advocate for the rights of individuals, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support and intervention as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments and external agencies to coordinate welfare services and resources.
- **Training and Awareness**: Organize workshops and training sessions to raise awareness about welfare issues and available resources.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of cases, support provided, and outcomes achieved.
- **Policy Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of welfare policies and programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Medical social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a welfare or support role in garment factory preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work em pathetically and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations factory set up
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

**Skills**:

- Empathy and compassion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
