**Role Overview**:
As the CEO, you will provide strategic direction and leadership across multiple operational areas, including agriculture, dairy production, educational outreach, and cash crop initiatives. You will play a critical role in team management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring the successful implementation of programs that align with the organization’s mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the overall vision and strategic direction of the organization
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams for agriculture, dairy, education, and cash crop projects
- Ensure effective planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across initiatives
- Represent the organization to government bodies, donors, industry stakeholders, and local communities
- Oversee performance metrics, impact evaluations, and continuous improvement strategies
- Foster innovation and promote sustainable development practices
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Build partnerships and collaborations with relevant institutions and stakeholders
- Minimum **15 years of professional experience**, with significant leadership exposure
- Demonstrated **team-leading and operational management experience**:

- Strong interpersonal and **communication skills** (written and verbal)
- Master’s degree in **Agriculture or related fields** is highly preferred
- Ability to think strategically, manage risk, and drive impact at the grassroots level
- Experience in rural development or working with trust-based or nonprofit initiatives will be a plus
