Job Title: Indian Snacks Chef

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Snacks Chef to join our culinary team. As an Indian Snacks Chef, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, and presenting a variety of authentic Indian snacks to our customers. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative and authentic Indian snack recipes.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian snacks such as samosas, pakoras, chaat, bhajis, and more.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all snacks served.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, determine food inventory needs, and manage stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in snack preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Monitor food costs and portion sizes to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated on food trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques relevant to Indian cuisine.
- Handle special dietary requests and accommodate customer preferences whenever possible.
- Work efficiently during peak hours and maintain composure under pressure.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Indian Snacks Chef or relevant role in a professional kitchen.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian snacks such as Banana Wafers, Chikkis, chaklis, bhel etc.
- Ability to create innovative and authentic recipes while adhering to traditional flavors.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
