**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilitie**
- Create and design innovative Indian menus that reflect current food trends while staying true to traditional flavors and techniques.
- Regularly update menus to incorporate seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional dishes and special events.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to ensure high culinary standards
- Schedule kitchen staff to optimize productivity and workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Conduct regular taste tests and food quality checks to ensure consistency.
- Implement and uphold hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor food costs and implement measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Assist in developing and managing kitchen budgets, including labor costs and food purchasing.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong vendor relationships.
**Qualifications**
- Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, particularly in Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of various Indian cooking techniques, spices, and regional dishes.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
