**The Role**: Analyst, Product Management & Development
**The Team**:
S&P’s Public Markets provides market intelligence, data and technology solutions to all participants in the Global Markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic, entrepreneurial, and focused team that is a known market leader and is committed to building the best technology.

You will contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions that support the global bond issuance process. Your work will help improve workflow efficiency, transparency, and regulatory compliance. This role plays an important part in ensuring our platform evolves to meet client and market needs in a fast-moving environment.

Develop real-world experience in agile product delivery within a regulated financial environment
Gain exposure to global capital markets and the full primary issuance lifecycle
Work alongside experienced Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Market Specialists

**Responsibilities**:
Develop a deep understanding of our industry and clients
Work with senior Product Owners to help define features, write user stories, and maintain the product backlog
Collaborate with Development and QA to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions are tested effectively
Support sprint ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Assist in documenting internal product processes, user journeys, and release notes
Help gather and structure feedback from internal and external stakeholders
**What We’re Looking For**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
Interest in financial markets, investment banking, or fintech
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Figma is desirable
Basic understanding of agile workflows and the roles of key stakeholders in software delivery
