**JOB DESCRIPTION - ECOMMERCE ASSOCIATE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze E-commerce data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior to optimize our strategies.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance on various e-commerce channels, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to measure their impact and identify areas for further improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Timeline orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities.
- Has Previously worked on E-commerce platforms.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
