Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior E-commerce Associate to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. If you are certified in Amazon or Flipkart Ads and have a passion for data-driven growth, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies on Amazon and Flipkart
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and daily optimizations
  • Monitor account performance and ensure ad account hygiene
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and business operations
  • Take ownership of end-to-end projects and deliver measurable outcomes

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of Amazon and Flipkart advertising platforms
  • Proven ability to drive sales and improve ROAS through paid campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools like Excel or Google Sheets
  • Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
