We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Inside Sales Executive (Female)** to join our team. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order execution, with a strong focus on client communication and relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with new and existing customers to promote products and handle timely follow-ups.
- Analyze and act on leads received via IndiaMART and other platforms.
- Purchase and manage relevant buy leads based on customer requirements.
- Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations, proformas, and invoices.
- Manage end-to-end order processing and maintain client records.
- Oversee material dispatch and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Update and maintain sales and marketing reports on a regular basis.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer handling roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales & Marketing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi (preferred)

**Location**:

- Rau, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
