Need **Inside Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Conduct compliance calls to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure that all transactions meet the legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, Data Sourcing or Data analysis.
- Experience in handling compliance calls is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary: 15k to 20k (Depends on interview)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Compliance management: 1 year (preferred)
